Magical Items As a note, all magic items listed here require attunement. If an item is considered heavy enough to contribute to carrying capacity, it will be noted as such (according to a variant carrying capacity system, where in general 1 item = 1 slot, and you have slots equal to your strength score). Silver Specs Common Glasses made with silver rims. Allows you to see clearly up to 30 feet away in dim light, preventing you from rolling with disadvantage in dim conditions. Bucket Helm Common, Weighted A wooden bucket full of holes. +1 AC while not wearing armour, but disadvantage on all intelligence- based skill checks. Tin Foil Hat Common, Weighted An odd cap made of crumpled cooking material. Prevents your thoughts from being read by magic, but you become paranoid, and have disadvantage on Wisdom and Charisma skill checks. Gypsy Bandana Common A silk cloth with a decorative pattern. Become proficient with one musical instrument of your choice. Crimson Cowl Common A cloth cowl dyed deep red. Each time you are reduced to 0 hit points, you automatically succeed your first death saving throw. Jade Eyepatch Common An eyepatch made from jade stone. As an action, you can end the Blind condition on yourself. Butterfly Pendant Common This beautiful pendant births a butterfly on your command. The butterfly lives for 8 hours, then dies. The pendant can summon another butterfly on the next dawn. Bone Necklace Common An unsettling necklace made from animal bones. +2 to Intimidation skill checks. Wood Whorl Necklace Common An intricate carved necklace. Grants advantage on Animal Handling skill checks made to interact with non-hostile animals. Stranded Necklace Common A necklace comprised of colourful rope bands. When a creature within 30 feet of you casts a cantrip that targets you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the spell attack roll. You can do this once per combat. Bell Choker Common A choker decorated with a silver bell. Whenever you reduce a foe to 0 hit points, you can use your reaction to grant yourself temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier. Satyr's Chime A necklace resembling a panflute. You have advantage on skill checks made to play a musical instrument. Ring of Bubbles Common This blue iron ring has a wavy pattern. As an action, you can generate a cloud of bubbles. The bubbles fill a 5-foot cube and lightly obscure the vision of anyone looking directly through it. The bubbles vanish at the start of your next turn. Ring of the Candle Common This black ring has a brass, coin-sized plate on it. As an action, you can generate dim light in your space using the ring. The ring stays lit until you end its use as a free action. Ring of Growth Common This silver ring is adorned with gilded leaves. As an action, you can touch a dead or dying plant, size medium or smaller. The plant's vitality is restored over the course of 1 minute. Ring of Stone Common While wearing this ring and not moving, attacking, casting a spell, etc., you are undetectable by creatures with 4 Intelligence or less. Ring of Reading Common While wearing this ring, you can read words on paper or etched in stone simply by touching them, so long as it's a language you can understand. Ogre Belt Common, Weighted This tough leather belt has crudely-made buckles and clasps. Your Strength score becomes 12 if it isn't already higher, and you become proficient in the use of clubs and greatclubs. Tool Belt Common A handy belt filled with pockets and holsters. Your carrying capacity increases by 2. Pale Robe Common, Weighted This silken robe ties around the waist with a red rope. While wearing this robe, you can recover from the effects of magical sleep as an action. Leaf Cloak Common, Weighted A cloak of verdant, supple leaves. When you roll initiative, you may roll 1d4 and add it to your initiative count. Feathercrest Tunic Common, Weighted A cloth tunic lined with feathers around the wrists and neck. Reduces fall damage received by 10. Checkerboard Robe Common, Weighted A robe made of alternating square colours or patterns. When hit by a weapon attack, you may cast a cantrip as a reaction. The cantrip must have a range of Self. Copper Clogs Common, Weighted These odd metal shoes reduce your move speed by 5 feet. As an action or reaction, you can “plant” yourself in place, preventing you from being unwillingly moved by any outside force. Snow Shoes Common, Weighted A pair of bulky wicker boots that allow you to walk on the surface of deep snow. Satin Slippers Common These light shoes prevent your move speed from being reduced by magic. Steel Boots Common, Weighted Hefty, hardy footwear. While wearing these, you take half damage from traps that hit your feet, such as spike traps, bear traps, acid pits, etc. Pipe of Smoke Shapes Common, Weighted A lengthy wood pipe. As an action, you can puff the pipe to create a cloud of smoke. The smoke can take the shape of any medium-sized object or creature you wish. It dissipates at the start of your next turn. Gilt Monocle Uncommon This fancy monocle has a golden chain to latch it to your pocket. When used as a bonus action on your turn, prevents the next foe from gaining advantage on you until the start of your next turn. Goggles of Sight Uncommon These goggles allow you to see in nonmagical darkness up to 60 feet away, clear as day. Everything beyond that is hidden from your view. Blindfold of Second Sight Uncommon A black blindfold. Your are Blinded while wearing it, but you gain Blindsense to 20 feet and Tremorsense to 20 feet. Mask of Spirits Uncommon, Weighted An ivory mask that swirls with dark power. Allows you to “see” the alignments of creatures. However, you have disadvantage versus abilities that charm or possess you. Mask of Silence Uncommon A violet silk face wrap. You do not require Verbal components to cast spells, but you are always silenced and cannot speak. Feathered Headdress Uncommon, Weighted A large hat decorated with many large feathers. If you attack a creature on your turn, you can make an extra attack against that creature as a bonus action. Bone Head Uncommon, Weighted The top portion of a skull, with a half-melted flickering candle placed atop it. While wearing this oddity, you are immune to curses of 5th level or lower. Conch Pendant Uncommon Wearing this pendant allows the wearer to breathe in water, and increases their swimming speed to be equal to their move speed if it is not already equal or greater. Thundercloud Jewel Uncommon While wearing this pendant, you always know what the weather will be for the next 24 hours. Everfrost Quartz Uncommon This necklace of banded crystals has a frosty clarity. While wearing this, you can see through fog and non-poisonous mist as though it were not there. Teardrop Pendant Uncommon This azure gem affixed to a silver chain gleams with watery hues. You cannot be set ablaze while wearing this, and you douse nonmagical flames if you enter or pass through their space. Dragonsilk Scarf Uncommon A loose scarf made from the fine hairs of an ancient dragon. While wearing this, any time you are hit by a breath attack that deals damage, roll 1d8 and reduce the damage received. Ring of Still Winds Uncommon This brass ring, fitted with opals, allows the wielder to withstand strong winds. They cannot be moved unwillingly by powerful winds while conscious. Ring of Limber Uncommon A silver ring with a gold, jagged inlay. While attuned to this ring, the wearer has advantage on sav ing throws against paralysis. Ring of the Shield Uncommon A multi-coloured ring of iridescent hues. As an action, you can summon forth a shield from the ring. The shield is clearly magical in form, but acts as an ordinary shield. If you are not proficient in shields, you are proficient in the use of a shield you summon from this ring. Ring of the Steady Uncommon A slate-gray ring. While attuned to it, you cannot be knocked prone by any creature one size larger than you. Ring of Trades Uncommon A pearlescent ring. While attuned to the ring, you gain proficiency with one tool kit of your choice. Titan Belt Uncommon, Weighted A hefty belt brimming with ancient power. Your strength score becomes 16 if it is not already higher. You become proficient with greatswords and greataxes. Corsair's Sash Uncommon Colourful cloth wrap for the waist. Prevents you from sinking in water unwillingly. Braided Belt Uncommon, Weighted A belt made from interwoven leather straps. You have advantage against attacks and abilities that would make you drop items you are wearing or carrying. Count Cape Uncommon, Weighted A black silk cape with red lining, classically linked with vampires. While wearing this cape, your jump height is equal to your Strength score in feet, rounded up to the nearest 5 feet. Dwarven Tunic Uncommon, Weighted A tunic lined with metal plating. Grants you a number of hit points equal to your current level. Pious Robe Uncommon, Weighted, lawful alignment required A flowing robe of white and gold strands. Allows you to ignore the negative effects of desecrated land. Spider Silk Tunic Uncommon, Weighted A robe of strong but flexible spider silk. You cannot become entangled, bound, or restrained by webs, and your move speed cannot be reduced by webs.
