David Gikaria, MP regarding Registration of SACCOs. Question No. 171/2020 by the Member for Lamu East, the Hon. Sharif Athman Ali, MP regarding construction and upgrading to bitumen standards of Mtangawanda-Kizingitini, Basuba-Kiunga and Mkokoni-Kiunga roads in Lamu East Constituency. 6. STATEMENTS (a) Request for Statements - Pursuant to Standing Order 44(2)(c), the Member for Kuresoi South (Hon. Joseph Tonui, MP), requested for a Statement from the Chairperson, Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural resources regarding the ongoing land demarcation and boundary alteration in Bararget Settlement Scheme in Kuresoi South Constituency. (b) Response to Statements: - 1. The Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security responded to the following requests: - a) by Hon. Richard Moitalel Ole Kenta, MP regarding killing of two and grievous harm of four residents of Narok North Constituency. b) by Hon. Joseph Tonui, MP regarding community conflicts in Olposimoru area along the boundaries of Narok and Nakuru Counties. 2. The Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations responded to the request by the Member for Garissa Township, the Hon. Aden Duale, EGH, MP regarding illegal detention of Mr. Yassin Juma by Ethiopian Authorities. 3. The Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Lands responded to the request by the Member for Lari Constituency, the Hon. Jonah Mburu Mwangi, MP regarding lifting of an embargo and settling issues surrounding titles for Kinale settlement scheme in Lari Constituency, Kiambu County. Emmanuel Wangwe, MP regarding discriminatory treatment of students admitted to Bukura Agricultural College by the Higher Education Loans Board. 7. THE HEALTH (AMENDMENT) BILL (NATIONAL ASSEMBLY BILL NO. 64 OF 2019) Order for Second Reading read; Motion made and Question proposed; THAT, the Health (Amendment) Bill (National Assembly Bill No. 64 of 2019) be now read a Second Time.
