TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE EXCHANGE ON SUMMARY REPORT This Technical Knowledge Exchange (TKX) was organized by the World Bank Disaster Risk TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Management Hub, Tokyo, in collaboration with the World Bank’s Resilient Transport Community EXCHANGE (TKX) of Practice (CoP) in partnership with the government of Japan (Ministry of Finance(MoF); Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism(MLIT)).
