Take Kettle from Pantry t = 0 2. Fill Kettle with Water up to a quarter full t = +1 min 3. Boil Water t = + 3 min 4. 3 teaspoons of Nescafe Gold Blend into cup t = +1 min 5. Implementation programmes are live programmes 2. Continually evolves 3. We can predict the future but NOT foretell the future 4. Programmes will change due to circumstances 5. Programmes must be detailed, but not rigid 6.
