The general purpose of our program is to sponsor scholarships at our participating universities on a yearly basis, to encourage and help the upcoming professional student, in engineering and the hard sciences, to pursue a career in National Electronic Defense.

Provide up to a two-page essay (12-point font, double-spaced) summarizing your qualifications for this award and indicate why you are interested in the Electronic Defense Industry. Specifically address how your interest and education objectives will support future (employment/research) technical contributions to National Defense. Information and articles on recent developments in Electronic Defense are available in the magazine Journal of Electronic Defense published monthly by Naylor,LLC in Gainesville, FL, or online at www.jedonline.com. Other useful sources of information are the book History of U.S. Electronic Warfare by Alfred Price or the AOC National website at www.crows.org for additional military websites.
