3 Treme Opening

Mayor Mitch Landrieu, City officials, FEMA, Community Members and Students from Craig Elementary School Reopen Newly Renovated Treme Center

The newly renovated $5.6 million Treme Center officially reopened on April 30, 2013. Recreational activities at the two-story, Tremé Center include a gymnasium, indoor swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, fitness room, multipurpose meeting room, stage and dressing rooms, arts & crafts areas, and concession. New work includes repair of storm damage from Hurricane Katrina as well as facility improvements to address accessibility and safety.
