Definions Public/Private health services: Private health services include private clinics and pharmacies, while public health services are comprised of hospitals and health centers. Civil administraon services: Includes all public/civil administrave, legal and general registry services that pertain to daily life, such as court papers, tax issues, vehicle registraon, disability documents, birth/death cerficates, and divorce papers etc. Compulsory mask wearing: Refers to the requirement, and subsequent enforcement, by authories or local business for individuals to wear standard PPE masks. Social distancing measures: Refers to the restricon of the number of individuals allowed in public spaces (shops, restaurants, government buildings, etc.), or the enforcement of a minimum 2 meter distance between individuals in public spaces. Community lockdown: Excluding essenal travel, there is no permied movement in, or out, of the community. Essenal travel might include supply of basic items to markets, medical emergencies or movement for essenal work. Educaon services: Educaon service provision is assessed according to both the status of local schools and availability of all classes (grades 1-12). Communies without educaon services prior to COVID-19 will be considered N/A. Paral curfew: A strict mandate that requires all cizens to stay indoors during the set hours, as stated in the public announcement. Total curfew: A strict mandate that requires all cizens to stay indoors during the set days, as stated in the public announcement.
