The Cabineo is a one-piece cabinet unit fitting and is installed into a drilled or routed shape. No edge drilling is necessary - Fast the machining happens solely in the surface. Due to this, Assembly Cabineo can be used with all kinds of CNC machines, including very simple 3 axis and nesting machines.

Automated Cabineo assembly with the Homag Centateq N-600 At this year's Ligna, Homag presented the Centateq N-600 – the first CNC machine that automatically press-fits the Cabineo connector. This makes Homag the first provider to offer a unit for automatic connector placement on nesting machines as standard. The triple drill hole is made in a single stroke with the Multi V3 Cabineo unit from Benz and pressed into the support plate fully automatically by the CNC machine. A robot handles the transportation of the finished pieces at the outlet.

Technical data for the Clamex P, as well as the Cabineo, can be adjusted individually when required in OSD’s industry-specific ­program, with the help of a graphical input mask. Cabineo and Clamex elements are available in the OSD Corpus+ carcass generator for both straight and mitre joints.
