HIGHLIGHTS OF PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

• Managed staffs of up to 170, implementing morale building programs, creating safety policies and setting clear expectations for all levels of staff at OSF and CTG. • Reorganized management teams and structures, successfully recruiting new leaders to bring much needed changes to OSF and CTG. • Major contributor as an owner/operator’s rep for renovation and projects of the Bowmer , , Ahmanson Theatre, and Kodak Theatre. • Lead management side of IATSE negotiations and the labor-management relationship for OSF and CTG. Improved labor relations at CTG such that for the 2012 negotiations, CTG accomplished a four- year (out of five) pay freeze with no legal representation used by either labor or management. • Created OSF Compensation Plan model, which allows leadership to consider multiple options in how to bring 350+ employees to 100% of their target salaries over time. • Routinely manage OSF’s $10MM Production Department expenses to be within ±3% of the budget. • Created systems and processes to incorporate OSF’s equity, diversity and inclusion values into the culture of the Production Department. • Lead SFX designer for It's Tough to Be a Bug, Disney's California Adventure.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

OREGON SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL (OSF), ASHLAND, OR Director of Production 2013–Present OSF is a destination theater in southern Oregon with an operating budget of $40MM which typically produces an 11-show, 9-month, season in rotating repertory. Each season includes approximately 800 performances and 700 changeovers in the Allen-Elizabethan, Bowmer, and Thomas . The Director of Production oversees scenery, costumes, props, wardrobe, lights, sound, and stage operations, the creative design process, and serves on the institution’s Executive Team.

CENTER THEATRE GROUP (CTG), , CA Director of Production 2007–2013 Technical Director 2004–2007 CTG is a resident company of the Music Center of Los Angeles County, operating the Mark Taper Forum (LORT A), Ahmanson (LORT A+ ish), and Kirk Douglas Theatres (LORT D) with an annual operating budget of $45 – 60MM.
