Senator Belanger moved the DE A-1 amendment. Motion prevailed. The following provided testimony in support ofS.F. 1360: III Dennis Munkwitz, director, unclaimed property division, Commerce Department The following provided testimony in opposition to S.F. 1360: III Mark Anfinson, attorney, MN Newspaper Association Senator Belanger moved S.F. 1360, as amended, be recommended to pass. Senator Lourey moved to delete section 5 ofthe A-1 amendment. Motion does not prevail. Senator Lourey calls for a division. On a vote of6 yeas, and 7 nayes, the motion to delete section 5 ofthe A-1 amendment did not prevail. Senator Belanger renews his motion that S.F. 1360, as amended, be recommended to pass and re-referred to Judiciary Committee. Motion prevailed.
