If you are aged 10+ and have a passion for performing or a technical interest in theatre, join us for this intensive 3 week Youth Project, culminating in 4 performances of Willy Russell’s Our Day Out at the Towngate! Places are strictly limited to 40 performer spaces and 4 technical spaces (2 Lighting and 2 Stage Management) Once your place is confirmed you will automatically become a part of the show’s Ensemble or Technical Team and it is completely up to you if you would like to be considered for a featured role in the show. Wet Wet Wet were one of the UK’s biggest bands, selling an astonishing amount of albums and having had 9 top ten albums, 4 of which went to No.1 in the charts. Plus, Love Is All Around spent no less than 15 weeks at the top of the charts. This is Graeme’s story about life in the band, how he wrote some of the major hits, and his own live performance of some of the classics and original material.
