Financial Report: The Clerk had produced a statement of income and Expenditure for the financial year 2018-19 and reported that at the 31st March 2019 the Parish Council had Reserve Balances of £46,212 The Parish Council precept will remain at £19,448 for the financial year 2019/20 and a Neighbourhood Fund Payment of £4,819. 3.
