Camp Rock Enon 2011 Administration Guide

Dear Leader,

Camp Rock Enon will once again welcome over 1400 scouts to its “Rustic Splendor” and I am thrilled to be part of it.

I am excited to take the reigns as Camp Director for 2011. Will Clark will return as Program Director and Dave Winsatt will take over the role as camp advisor and business manager. I look forward to working with you to provide a quality experience for all camp attendees. We have begun working hard to recruit the best staff possible. Here is what you can expect from our staff:

Excellent Customer Service consistent with the values of Scouting Exceptional Program Presentation Timely and bilateral communication Highly degree of motivation

This Leaders Guide is updated to provide camp information in a step-by-step format. There are changes. We have taken the time to mark those things that are new this year.

We have several new additions to our program for summer camp at CRE for the 2011 season. Some of which include:

New updated Camp Rock Enon Elite Challenge New updated Scoutmaster Merit Badge Exciting new High Adventure Challenges We will continue our special recognition socials for Camp Staff, Eagles, OA Brothers, and Veterans.

Troops that do not pay their full balance by May 13th will forfeit their campsite deposit reservation in addition to paying late fees. Late fees will be figured on a unit basis, not individual Scouts.

Spots cannot be held for Webelos crossovers or new Scouts. Extra spots will be filled on a first paid basis. Webelos crossovers and new will qualify for the same fee as the rest of the Troop.

If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding summer camp please contact me personally. You can reach me through e-mail at [email protected]. Remember our Pre-camp Leaders Orientation will be held at CRE on Saturday, May 8 at 12:00noon. I hope to see you there.
