As part of the initial stage of Airport development, WSA intends to facilitate the movement of circa 220,000 tonnes of cargo. We have developed a concept masterplan for the WSI Cargo Precinct, designed to grow in a modular format, without interrupting cargo (or passenger) operations. In addition, the NSW Government has zoned the area adjacent to the WSI Cargo Precinct for agribusiness & logistics uses which further enhances the value proposition for WSI’s Cargo Precinct.

WSI is Australia’s first co-designed cargo precinct. We’re offering flexible lots, housed in state-of-the-art-facilities, that can scale as you grow. We want you to take advantage of this new greenfield opportunity and become part of a new cargo community.
