KHABILOV LOOKS TO DISRUPT HENDERSON’S RHYTHM AT UFC FIGHT NIGHT, SAYS STANN: Former UFC champion and current No. 2-ranked returns to action against rising star and the No. 11-ranked Rustam Khabilov at UFC FIGHT NIGHT: HENDERSON VS. KHABILOV live on FOX Sports 1, Saturday, June 7 (10:00 PM ET). Fresh off a January win against , Henderson (20-3, fighting out of Glendale, Ariz.) hopes that a win against Khabilov (17- 1, fighting out of Albuquerque, N.M.), will put him in line for a chance to regain his title. The 27-year-old Khabilov trains at the famed Jackson-Winkeljohn MMA gym in Albuquerque and has reeled off three straight wins to start his UFC career. Now he’ll meet the toughest test of his young career against the former UFC lightweight champion. “Ben Henderson is a great mixed martial artist and longtime champ at 155 pounds, but Rustam Khabilov is a legit threat,” says UFC ON FOX analyst . “Henderson likes to fight at that smooth rhythm where he controls the pace and the space of the fight.
