The sessions were conducted in two phases and six retail Tata companies participated in them Tata Steel and Titan share career progression and talent management practices with Tata AIA TBExG facilitated two EPIC sessions, where Tata Steel and Titan shared best practices with Tata AIA. In the first session, Tata Steel shared its practice of leadership development and succession planning with 20 delegates from Tata AIA. Titan took over in the second session with their career progression and talent management practice, popularly called ‘growing your own timber’ Trent leverages APQC’s performance benchmarking in Supply Chain & Logistics The performance benchmarking exercises with APQC, facilitated by TBExG, enable companies to identify areas for improvement. APQC’s assessment report contained validated benchmarking information, performance relative to its peers in separate industry, region and organisation-size peer groups. This helped Trent identify the performance gaps in their key metrics and identifying the required measures to be taken for improvement Tata AIG picks up learning and EDGE Wednesday Webinars development practices from Tata SIA Airlines Practice Dates Timings On September 3, 2020, Tata SIA Airlines (Vistara), shared Education in India and 1500 -1600 IST/ 4 Nov 2020 its customer-centric L&D practices across ground services, Tata Class Edge 1030 -1130 GMT cabin services and customer engagement with Tata AIG. This session was attended by over 50 employees across Manufacturing 1500 -1600 IST/ the two companies and TBExG.
