Travel and Transport is pleased to offer an upgraded service offering for University of Nebraska associates who travel internationally through Travel Visa Pro (TVP), a passport and visa expeditor. TVP’s VerifyMyTrip tool assists in validating and obtaining passport and visas specific to each current international booking. The messaging will look similar to this:

What will Travel Visa Pro do for travelers? 1. TVP provides instant travel document verification for your future international business trips and assistance with securing visas and expedited passports. Once you book travel through Travel and Transport, your information (non-PII data) will be sent to Travel Visa Pro. 2. TVP provides specific instructions regarding what is required for each destination you are traveling to. The system verifies that your passport and any visas you may already have secured are valid for your upcoming trip 3. You will receive an email from Travel and Transport from [email protected] with trip- specific details on the travel documents needed for your upcoming travel. This eliminates the need to research proper travel documentation. NOTE: Emails will be sent to the traveler and primary travel arranger listed in the travel profile 4. If specific documents are required, you will receive clear and easy instructions illustrating how to obtain these documents.

Is there anything travelers or arrangers need to do? To assure the most current and accurate information is used, we recommend that you access your University of Nebraska online travel profile and verify your passport expiration date is correct or call a travel advisor. We encourage you to take advantage of this new service.
