Published prices, discounts, payment terms and transportation methods in effect at the time of shipment shall apply unless otherwise ex- pressly stated. Any deviation from stated terms and conditions must be agreed to in writing prior to purchase. CORE RETURNS: All remanufactured products are priced with “CORE EXCHANGE DUE”. This means a core is to be returned and shall be the EXACT same product as was purchased with normal wear so that the item can be remanufactured for future sale. The core should be shipped to Door Controls USA as soon as reasonably practical, but no later than 90 days after purchase. Failure to return due cores within the 90 days will result in an invoice for a core charge equal to 100% of List Price remanufactured part. A core charge will be made if the core to be returned is not received by Door Controls USA within 90 days of purchase. If the EXACT same product cannot be returned for some reason, please contact our core department to negotiate a substitution of some other product or products of equivalent value. CLAIMS: All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment. All shipments made F.O.B. Ben Wheeler, Texas (unless otherwise agreed) and risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer upon shipment. RETURNS: Products to be returned must use a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form provided by Door Controls USA. Failure to properly complete the RGA form may delay processing or even result in lost items. All requests for returns must be made within 90 days of original purchase. Contact a Door Controls USA customer service representative to obtain a Sales Return Order (SRO) number to note on the RGA. A 30% restock charge may be assessed for all unused parts returned to Door Controls USA. A 60% restock fee may be assessed for all special order items. All returns must be shipped prepaid. H01H CPC COOPERATIVE PATENT CLASSIFICATION H ELECTRICITY (NOTE omitted) H01 BASIC ELECTRIC ELEMENTS (NOTES omitted) H01H ELECTRIC SWITCHES; RELAYS; SELECTORS; EMERGENCY PROTECTIVE DEVICES (contact cables H01B 7/10; electrolytic self-interrupters H01G 9/18; emergency protective circuit arrangements H02H; switching by electronic means without contact-making H03K 17/00) NOTES 1. This subclass covers (in groups H01H 69/00 - H01H 87/00) devices for the protection of electric lines or electric machines or apparatus in the event of undesired change from normal electric working conditions, the electrical condition serving directly as the input to the device. 2. This subclass does not cover bases, casings, or covers accommodating two or more switching devices or for accommodating a switching device as well as another electric component, e.g. bus-bar, line connector. Those bases, casings or covers are covered by group H02B 1/26. 3. In this subclass, the following terms or expressions are used with the meanings indicated : • "relay" means a switching device having contacts which are operated from electric inputs which supply, directly or indirectly, all the mechanical energy necessary to cause both the closure and the opening of the contacts; • "driving mechanism" refers to the means by which an operating force applied to the switch is transmitted to the moving contact or contacts; • "operating" is used in a broader sense than "actuating" which is reserved for those parts not touched by hand to effect switching; • "acting" or "action" means a self-induced movement of parts at one stage of the switching. These connotations apply to all parts of the verbs "to operate", "to actuate" and "to act" and to words derived therefrom, e.g.
