Duties and Responsibilities: ❖ Managing a team of 12 Project Assistants to Map populations left behind in Kenya in regard to provision of Water, Hygiene and Sanitation Services. ❖ Managing project budget for the Project in Kenya. ❖ Supporting the Project Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure they provide timely and accurate project reports. ❖ Creating and maintaining meaningful engagements with top government officials in Ministry of Health, Ministry of education, Ministry of Water and WASH donors and practitioners including the World Bank WASH team, USAID, AMREF, World Vision, UNICEF, WHO among others with the aim of promoting the WSSCC leave no One Behind in WASH agenda. ❖ Analysing government policies and legislations and reporting on the level of realization of the Human Rights to Water and Sanitation in Kenya.

Duties and Responsibilities: ❖ Managing a team of 4 project officers to implement the following project activities;( i) Mass dog vaccination, (ii) Prompt provision of Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) to targeted exposed groups (iii) setting up surveillance for rabies in humans and animals (iii) Public Health Education and awareness on rabies through Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization. ❖ Managing the project Budget. ❖ Creating and maintaining meaningful engagement with project stakeholders including National and County Government ministries (Health and Agriculture), The Kenya Veterinary Association among others. ❖ Supporting the Monitoring and Evaluation officer in development of a Monitoring and Evaluation Plan, and conducting sound evaluations to measure impact of project on immunization coverage for dogs. ❖ Ensuring reporting on project progress is done promptly and timely. ❖ Managing a complex partnership in the project implementation process.
