Partida was ranked No. 49 on the Hired Guns list, moving up from the position of No. 55 on the previous list. He has served on the strategy team as a communications consultant to a number of Republican and Democratic campaigns.

Also appearing on the Hired Guns list was Brown at No. 55, moving from her status as No. 6 on the Rising Stars list in 2017. Capitol Inside previously noted she “has a chance to become one of the most influential African-American lobbyists in Austin” while working with the Locke Lord team.

Lacy is ranked No. 12 on this year’s Rising Stars list. Prior to joining the Firm, Lacy worked in government relations in Washington, D.C., with Public Strategies, Inc. and General Motors as well as in the for State Sen. Rodney Ellis in 2015.
