Penn Adds Three Coaches To Staff In 2019 There are three newcomers to the Penn coaching staff in 2019, led by new offensive coordinator Kevin Morris. The former OC at Monmouth from 2014-18, Morris was OC at Yale from 2012-13 and head coach at UMass from 2009-11. He is joined as first-year coaches on staff by Maurice (Mo) Banks who coaches outside linebackers. Banks was on staff at Georgetown from 2014-18, where he coached DBs. A Georgetown grad, Banks played for the Hoyas under current Penn defensive coordinator Bob Benson. Ryan Becker W’13 returns to his alma mater to coach tight ends. A two-time Ivy League champion quarterback for the Quakers (2010, 2012), Becker was an assistant director of operations at Penn in 2017. Most recently, he was tight ends coach at East Tennessee State.
