THE NORTH EAST BOROUGH COUNCIL (B1203 – EAST RAVENDALE TO WALTHAM) (SPEED LIMITS) (NO.18-17) ORDER 2018.

Notice is hereby given that on the 14th March 2019 Borough Council made the above Road Traffic Regulation Order under powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, the effect of which is as follows:-

1. To reduce the existing 40mph speed limit along a section of the B1203 which runs through the village of East Ravendale to 30mph for a distance of 686 metres. 2. To introduce a 20mph speed limit on a section of School Lane, East Ravendale for a distance of 230 metres. 3. To introduce a 30mph speed limit on a section of Road, East Ravendale for a distance of 60 metres. 4. To introduce a 50mph speed limit on a section of the B1203 between East Ravendale and Ashby Lane. 5. To introduce a 30mph speed limit along a section of the B1203, from a point 146 metres south west of its junction with Ashby Lane to the Waltham - Parish Boundary. 6. To introduce a 30mph speed limit on Ashby Lane from a point 114 metres west of its junction with Main Road to its junction with Brigsley Road.

The Order will come into force on the 1st April 2019.
