Remixed by Robert Smith in July 2009, this expanded edition includes 4 previously unreleased tracks to replicate a full live performance of the 1989's epic album Disintegration. L'enregistrement de Seventeen Seconds permit à Mike Hedges de se lancer dans quelques expérimentations, mais avec une gamme d'effets sonores limitée, principalement reverb (echo) et delay (effet retard), aucun effet numérique n'étant disponible à l'époque.
