DISTRICT LOCAL HIGHWAY PANEL POTENTIAL SCHEMES LIST (VERSION 24)

Since the 2017/18 capital recommendations and prioritisation at the March Panel meeting, Officers have been working to set the programme for the 2017/18 financial year. You will see from the Approved Works Programme that this has now been divided into two parts, those scheme that will be delivered in 2017/18 and those schemes that will form the 2018/19 rolling programme.

If the Panel wish to make any amendments to the programme, especially those schemes programmed for delivery in 2017/18, the Panel will need to consider the impact on those schemes which will need to be reprogrammed as a result. There could also be abortive costs that could be incurred. For the current financial year the programme dates are shown in quarters until the road space has been booked and the start date has been confirmed.

There are currently potential schemes with an estimated cost of £220,250 as shown in the summary below:

The Panel are asked to review the Potential Schemes List and may wish to remove from it any schemes that they would not want to consider for a future funding recommendation.

On the Potential Schemes List the RAG column acknowledges the status of the scheme request as shown below:
