Dear friends of our spring events in the beautiful Münsterland. For the 10th time in the Auehof with Silke and Tanja there is again a great program (in variants, see further down) for you at attractive prices prepared – this is how we like to start the season!

Tournament format: 18 holes, single Stableford, not hcp effective

Tournament management: will be published in the starting list

Prices: 1st - 3rd net women and men together 1. gross ladies and gentlemen together Special classifications: let us surprise you

Start times: Saturday, 4 May 2019, from 10.00 am

Entry fee: 45,- EUR including starting gift ( Callaway Warbird AUEHOF logo ball)

Practice round: possible on Friday before the tournament (4 May 2019), please book directly at the golf club secretary's office under the reference "Rainbow Golfer" (Tel. 0 44 95/ 79 95), reduced green fee 37,50 EUR

The application must contain the following information: • First name and surname • Package A or B (see below), or "without golf" • home club • the current HCP (at the time of logon) • if required: vegetarian or vegan food

There will be a confirmation of receipt of the registration Golfcarts please book directly at the club secretary (30,- EUR)

Deadline: 24 April 2019

Packages including accomodation & half board at AUEHOF (s.a.)

Package A: two nights in a double room with the full program (see next page): 150,- EUR per person (single supplement 20 EUR)

Package B: one overnight stay in a double room with the Saturday program (see next page): 80,- EUR per person (single supplement 10 EUR)

Friday, May 3rd

3 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. Arrival with a glass of rosé sparkling wine as a welcome drink Choice of dinner (three main courses to choose from) from 5.30 p.m. Meet & greet at the bar approx. 7 p.m. Joint dinner in the form of a three-course menu in the restaurant

10 p.m. Presentation of the starting list for Saturday

Saturday, May 4th

8 a.m. – 10 a.m. Buffet breakfast Please prepare your own lunch package for the round

10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Tee-off at the Thülsfelder Dam Golf Club

For non-golfers I recommend a stroll through Oldenburg, a Visit of the museum village in , a walk at or around the Thülsfelder dam, a trip to the coast

4 p.m. – 5.30 p.m. Selection of dinner at reception or asparagus buffet

FORE: the members meeting of the German-Rainbow-Golfers i.s. takes place in the Auehof (conference room) on May 4 from 4.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

from 6.30 p.m. meet & greet at the bar approx. 7 p.m. Joint dinner in the form of a 4-course menu (or asparagus buffet) in the restaurant approx. 10 p.m. Award ceremony
