The whole school is excited about our upcoming Book Fair! An amazing selection of books is headed our way! At the Book Fair you will find the latest and finest titles for kids, as well as books of interest to parents. Mark your calendar for our Family Event where the whole family can join in the fun. You can also contribute books to your child's classroom library by purchasing books from the teachers wish lists. The Book Fair is a great way to get everyone excited about reading, see you there! Friday April 17 Family Fun Night: Join us at the Book Fair for opening night from 5:30-7:00! We will have popcorn, a read aloud of one of the featured books from the book fair, shopping, and you can enter to win a basket of books valued at over $100! This night will feature the best selection of books, see you there! Sunday April 19 School Carnival: The Book Fair will be open during the School Carnival for another opportunity to shop for great books! Monday April 20-Thursday April 23 School Wide Change Drive Start saving those pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollars now! Did you know that ALL of the money collected during our change drive and All for Books activities stay in our school and are used to purchase books for our students and library?! Scholastic matches dollar for dollar what we contribute and donates to the National Kids in Need foundation and Kids in Distressed Situations, Inc. In our previous three Book Fairs combined we have sold $10,864.97 in books! We have been successful in putting approximately 2,173 books into kids' hands. Thank You for all you do to help kids learn to love reading!

Monday April 20 G.R.A.N.D. Event: This event is for Grandparents, Relatives, Aunts & Uncles, Neighbors, and Devoted Caregivers. Invite them all to bring your children to the Book Fair from 5:30-6:30. This is a great opportunity for these special people to be involved, and read something wonderful with your children! This will be the LAST opportunity for book shopping before the fair is packed up!
