Note : The Preliminary Urban Renewal Proposals endorsed BASE PLANS No. 11-NW & NE by DURF will form the basis for conducting the Stage 1 Public Engagement, the Planning Study and the SIA, DRAFT PRELIMINARY URBAN RENEWAL PROPOSALS FOR KOWLOON CITY so as to formulate the Urban Renewal Plan for the Kowloon City District. The Government will make SCALE a decision on the implementation of the Plan having METRES 200 0 200 400 METRES PLAN 3 regard to the situation at the time.
