ORDER, DATED 28TH JULY, 1942, MADE BY THE MINISTRY OF HOME , AFFAIRS FOR NORTHERN IRELAND UNDER REGULATION 70 OF THE' DEFENCE (GENERAL) REGULATIONS, 1939.

The Ministry of Home Affairs for Northern Ireland by virtue of the powers conferred on it by Regulation 70 of the Defence (General) Regulations, 1939, hereby makes the foll0wing Order :- ' l.:--·A person shall not drive or cause to be driven a Goods Vehicle on, the road described in the Schedule hereto, unless- (a) the Goods Vehicle is proceeding to or from any private residence or other premises or any lands on or adjoining any such road; or (b) the Goods Vehicle is being driven with the permission of the Secretary of the County Council in whose area the said road is situate. 2.-Jn this Order the expression " Goods Vehicle" means a motor­ car constructed or adapted for use for the carriage of goods or a trailer so constructed or adapted. 3.-This Order may be cited as" The Restriction of Traffic (Goods Vehicle) (Coun~y Antrim No.3) (Northern Ireland) Order, 1942."
