AUTHORISATION.
IN VIRTUE ot the powers conferred on me by Article 27 (2) of the Air Navigation (Colonies, Protectorates and Mandated Territories) Order, 1927, I hereby certify that by a special and temporary authorisation permission has been granted lor the flight within the limits of Palestine (including the territorial waters adjacent thereto) of the following aircraft of Egyptian nationality:—

(a) The aircraft and its crew and passengers shall be liable to all the legal obligations which arise from general legislation, Irom Customs legislation and import ana export regulations and any regulations which may be laid down for public safety. — 574 -
(b) The occupants of the aeroplane shall deposit with the Local Police Authority all firearms in their possession at the time of their first arrival in Palestine, to be held in custody by the Police until they are re-exported from Palestine or their possession is covered by a valid licence from the Licensing Authority in Palestine.
(c) The carriage of cameras in the aircraft is permitted subject to any conditions which may be imposed from time to time by the Royal Air Force Authorities. The conditions in force until further notice provide that no photographs shall be taken of any buildings, works or defences occupied by armed forces of His Majesty.
(d) A copy of this certificate must be carried in each aircraft.

ROAD TRANSPORT ORDINANCE, 1929.
BY-LAWS MADE BY THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF SAFAD UNDER SECTION 13.
IN EXERCISE of the powers vested in them by paragraph (d) No. 24 of 1929. of section 13 of the Road Transport Ordinance, 1929, the Municipal Council of Safad, with the consent of the District Commissioner, Northern District and the Licensing Authority, have made the following by-laws:—
Citation. 1. These by-laws may be cited as the Safad Municipal Council (Licensing of Bicycles and Tricycles) By-laws, 1934.
Licensing of 2. From and after the 1st day of July, 1934, no person residing bicycles and within the area of the Municipal Council of Safad shall ride a tricycles. bicycle or tricycle on any road within such area unless such bicycle or tricycle has been licensed in accordance with the provisions of these by-laws and bears a number plate issued in respect thereof and attached thereto in such manner as may be required by the Municipal Council of Safad.
Issue of licences. . 3. Every person residing within the area of the Municipal Council of Safad who desires a licence and number plate in respect of a bicycle or tricycle shall make application therefor to the Municipal Council of Safad and the Municipal Council of Safad shall issue to such persons such licence and number plate upon payment of the fee set out in by-law 4 of these by-laws. — 583 -
4. The fee to be paid to the Municipal Council of Safad in Fee. respect of each licence and number plate for a bicycle or tricycle issued by them shall be two hundred and fifty mils:
Provided that if any licence or number plate is issued on or after the first day of July, in any year, one hundred and twenty- five mils shall be paid in respect thereof.
5. All licences issued under these by-laws shall expire on the validity of thirty-first day of December next following the date of issue 1lconces• thereof.

MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF ER RAMLE
BY-LAWS RELATING TO STANDS FOR PUBLIC VEHICLES WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL AREA OF P]R RAMLE.
IN EXERCISE of the powers vested in them by section 13 (b) of the Road Transport Ordinance, 1929, the Municipal Council No. 23 of 1929. of Er Ramie, with the consent of the District Commissioner, Southern District, and the Licensing Authority, Southern District, have made the following by-laws:— 1. These by-laws may be cited as the Er Ramie Municipal Area Parking By-laws, 1934, and shall come into force as from the date of their publication in the Gazette. 2. The Municipal Council of Er Ramie, with the approval of the District Commissioner, may, by notice exhibited thereon, prohibit, restrict or regulate the parking of public vehicles on any road or on any specific part thereof within the Municipal area of Er Ramie. 3. No public vehicle, other than an omnibus, shall remain stationary for longer than is necessary to allow passengers to alight or to enter such public vehicle or to stand for hire on any road or any specific part thereof within the municipal area of Er Ramie, unless such road or such specific part shall by notice exhibited as aforesaid be declared to be a parking place for public vehicles. 4. No omnibus shall stop at any place within the area of the Municipal Council of Er Ramie unless such place shall by notice exhibited as aforesaid be declared to be a stopping place for omnibuses. 5. The driver of any public vehicle who contravenes any of the provisions of by-laws 3 or 4 hereof shall be guilty of an offence under the Road Transport Ordinance, 1929. IT IS HEREBY NOTIFIED for public information that pursuant to a decision by Government that registration blocks formed at Land Settlement shall be numbered serially throughout the country instead ol serially throughout each village, and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 61 (4) of the Land Settlement Ordinances, 4928-4933, I have authorised the Land Registrar Jaffa, to amend the folios in the New Register by substituting new registration block numbers for the registration block numbers assigned at land settlement in accordance with the list of old and new numbers set out in the schedule hereto.
