Q. What’s your first memory of baking? A. Baking with my dad as a child

Q. What is your favorite thing to bake?

A. I always loved baking pies and . I just loved the endless flavor possibilities. I got into baking in college.

Q. What’s the best thing to happen since you began working in the industry?

A. The best thing I’ve noticed since getting into this industry is the amazing people I have been able to meet!

Q. What do you find most challenging about baking?

A. Honestly, the most challenging thing in this industry is simply finding and keeping quality help and finding personal time too.

Q. What might (someone) be surprised to know about you?

A. I once was hospitalized for pneumonia for 3 weeks in my mid 20’s.

Q. What do you like to do when you aren’t baking? A. I love spending time with friends and family. Playing and watching sports. Cooking and enjoying a nice cocktail.

Q. How did you first get involved with the WBA? A. I met Jessica at a trade show.

Q. What do you wish other people knew about the WBA?

A. How much effort the WBA Board of Directors puts into it.
