UCALL Special Event The Warren Commission Report on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy: Fact or Fiction? (A Life Experience) A presentation by Robert B. Saltzman, Committee to Investigate Assassinations, Washington, D.C. Friday, November 16, 2018 – 9:30 a.m. – College Park Hall ballroom Initially developed in 1970, this in-depth 35 mm slide and 16 mm film presentation has been given to audiences of thousands of people throughout the country, primarily on college campuses, for over 45 years. Based upon more than 50 years of investigation and research by Bob and many other people from around the world, its content contributed to the creation of the U.S. House of Representatives Select Committee on Assassinations in 1976, and the production of Oliver Stone’s 1991 motion picture, “JFK.” Bob has appeared frequently at colleges, high schools, various organizations, and on radio and television over the years to talk about this intriguing topic. This presentation has been given at numerous venues around the area (Union College, Siena College, SUNY Albany, RPI, Troy High School, professional societies, and avocational organizations). The tentative schedule and format of this presentation will be as follows: 9:30 a.m. – 10:50 a.m. – First half of a computer slide presentation about Bob’s personal involvement and experiences with research, scientific and computer analysis, the U.S. government, giving presentations, etc. 10:50 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Break 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. – Second half of JFK assassination research experiences 12:15 p.m. – 1:15 p.m. – Lunch break 1:15 p.m. – 2:50 p.m. – First half of the original comprehensive slide/film presentation about the JFK assassination 2:50 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Break 3:00 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Conclusion of the original slide/film presentation about the JFK assassination 4:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. – Questions, answers, and open discussion This presentation about the November 22, 1963 assassination of President John F. Kennedy contains some graphic trauma- and medical-related content that is generally not suitable for people under high school age. In preparation for this presentation there may be value in attendees viewing the motion pictures “JFK” and/or “Executive Action”, as well as reading some of the hundreds of books available on the subject, including the original “Report of The President’s Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy”, also known as the “Warren Commission Report” (1964, 888 pages). Bob will be giving away assassination research related materials to interested attendees. There will be refreshments available during the morning and afternoon breaks. Lunch is on your own. The College Park Café offers a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, beverages, and snacks for purchase.
