Although we will try to accommodate every need in last minute scenarios, it is not always certain that we will be capable of performing functions with less than 24 hours notice. If agreed upon by both David Alan Caterers and the client, a slight surcharge may be added to the invoice to help cover any costs incurred to expedite last minute requests. Final payment is due no later than 72 hours prior to your function. Payment must be made by cash or certifed funds. David Alan Caterers, LLC reserves the right not to perform a contracted function should the client not pay the fnal balance by the imposed deadline.

2. DEPOSITS Upon your approval of a fnal menu, David Alan Caterers will reserve the time and date agreed upon. For this reason, a reservation deposit is required for all events based on the scale below. The reservation deposit is to be paid at the time of agreement of the menu. The reservation deposit is applied towards the contracted invoice and subtracted from the fnal amount due. • $500 deposit due for orders up to $2,000 • $2,000 deposit due for orders $5,000 - $10,000 • $1,000 deposit due for orders $2,000 - $5,000 • Payment Schedule for orders $10,000+

3. GUEST COUNT A guaranteed minimum number of guests is required 7 days prior to your function date. Your invoice will refect the fnal count and you will be billed extra if the number of guests exceeds the minimum count originally committed to. In the event your minimum guest count is not met and you do not notify David Alan Caterers before the 7 day deadline, you will be charged the minimum count originally committed to. There is no minimum required for corporate breakfast, lunch or dinner.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that a function needs to be cancelled, the client shall be responsible to pay David Alan Caterers as follows: SOCIAL EVENTS: • 60 days or more prior to event: The deposit paid • 10-29 days prior to event: 50% of the entire function • 30-59 days prior to event: 25% of the entire function • Less than 9 days prior to event: 100% of the entire function

CORPORATE EVENTS: 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. 24 hours or less, the entire charge is due.

5. CORPORATE DELIVERY There is no charge for corporate deliveries within 25 miles. There is a $25 delivery fee for deliveries further than 25 miles.

6. TAXES All prices on our menus are subject to a 7% New Jersey State Sales Tax, except for foods that are not being immediately consumed and are picked up cold. * If tax exempt, please provide tax exemption certifcate.

7. SERVICE CHARGE An 18% service charge is added to all events where staff is necessary. Part of the service charge acts as gratuity for all staff involved from our kitchen to your location. The 18% service charge is derived from your entire invoice line items.

8. ACTS OF NATURE David Alan Caterers shall have no responsibility or liability for failure to supply any services when prevented from doing so by Acts of Nature (i.e. food, fre, etc.), or any other cause beyond the Caterer’s control. 32 you'll also love...
