Any lateness over 15 minutes with no notice will mean that your appointment will be rescheduled and the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited, meaning another deposit will be required. I am working to strict time schedules with appointments and COVID-19 Cleaning Schedules. Due to social distancing restrictions, you should attend your appointment alone unless you're chaperoning a minor. Face Coverings To keep everyone safe, the government has made it BOOKING mandatory to wear a face covering when visiting salons. Masks are available to purchase, but this is from my PPE stock, so it would be helpful if you could bring your own. If you are exempt from TERMS & wearing a face covering, please let me know prior to your appointment and I can arrange to put CONDITIONS alternative measures in place.
