Holder of Master's degree in Highway Engineering and Doctorate in Transport and Traffic Engineering.
Responsibilities have included supervision of data collection and analysis, feasibility studies, traffic modelling and forecasting, and traffic impact studies. He has also undertaken the determination of road capacity requirements and interchange configurations, design of intersections, traffic management schemes and detailed highway engineering design.
