In the reference 3'd cited, the District Collector, Kancheepuram s'No'113 has granted a lease for quarrying Rough stone and Earth in over an Extent of 2.77.0 Hectares in Mangalam Village, Madurantakam Taluk, for a period of 5 years. The lease deed was executed on upto 2L.L2.ZOL3 and as such the five years lease period is valid 20.LZ.2Otg. Due to the increase in demand the quantity allowed in the approved mining plan has been exhausted' Now in the reference 4th cited the lessee has been submitted a the Modified Mining Plan prepared by RQP with a request to approve Over same for the production of Rough Stone and Gravel in S'No'113 an Extent of 2.77.O Hectares of land at Mangalam Village, prepared for Madurantakam Taluk.
