OUR GOAL is simple...to attract “local” breweries; vendors, musicians and quality craft- ers for a day long festival celebrating what makes this region great.

MANAGEMENT: The event is hosted by and benefits Hope House Foundation. A local not-for-profit organization providing supportive living services to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Hope House is the only organization of its kind in the state of Vir- ginia providing this type of support exclusively in their own homes/apartments. Hope House has over 30 years of professional experience hosting quality outdoor events, specifically the 31-year-old bi-annual Stockley Gardens Arts Festival, which draws over 130 artists from around the country and over 50,000 spectators. The festival has been name one of the top two arts festivals in , three years running.

LOCATION: Although the Chelsea neighborhood has existed for decades, it’s experiencing rejuvenation by entrepreneurs and trendsetting craftsmen and the surrounding historic West Ghent community has embraced the growth and creative energy coming from this revi- talization. The area is home to Smartmouth Brewery, Chelsea Bakehouse, Orapax Pizza, The Muse Writer’s Center, The New Leaf Florist and much more.

EXPERIENCE the energy of “local” with a wide variety of hand made items from local crafters, talented local musicians, savor the taste of local beers, browse through selections from local product vendors and take the time to stroll through Historic West Ghent and visit the unique eateries just steps away from the festival.
