Michelle has been employed as our Operations Manager, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the facility, we look forward to working along side with Michelle. Ingredients Method

 1/2 x 200gm packet of Kingston biscuits 1. Place biscuits in a food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add butter. Process until  30g butter, melted just combined.  1/4 cup of thickened cream 2. Divide mixture evenly between two 2cm-  45g block white chocolate, melted and cooled deep, 10cm (base) heart-shaped loose-based  125g fresh raspberries fluted flan tins (see note). Using the back of a metal teaspoon, press mixture over base and  Icing sugar mixture, for dusting sides of tins. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until firm. 3. Whisk cream until soft peaks form. Add chocolate. Using a large metal spoon, gently fold until well combined. Carefully remove biscuit cases from tins. Divide cream mixture between cases. Arrange raspberries on top. Serve.

What a busy month December was. Australia Day was a full week of celebrations. Vicki. We truly enjoyed singing for all our residents, we hope you enjoyed our singing as much as we enjoyed singing for you.

The residents continue to enjoy their outings, we have been going to the library, the local op-shop and out to the local clubs. Bingo is still our all time favourite activity. Meet The Staff Testimonies

As a volunteer at Multicultural Aged Care Illawarra, I have the opportunity to participate with a various range of cultures and activities while interacting with all the wonderful residents. I am able to assist residents in participating in activities of daily living as much as possible. Activities outside the village include shopping trips to , lunches out at local clubs and scenic bus trips. Within the village the activities include bingo, music therapy, exercises and church just to mention a few. I enjoy
