1. To consider and approve apologies for absence

8.1 Feedback on virtual meeting held on 29/1/21 with DMBC Asset’s Team and Edlington community organisations on future prospects for bringing back in to use the former Youth Centre/Legacy building on Edlington Lane 8.2 Petitioning for a 30 mph Speed limit & for a crossing outside entrance to Edlington Pit Wood – update on petition and signatures gathered 8.3 Update re request to DMBC Cabinet Member for Communities Cllr Chris McGuiness re a proposed meeting relating to Edlington Wood following site inspection and advice from Natural

Report of the Clerk – To receive updates and consider matters in respect of: 10.1 Burial ground – a) Burial fees – review of qualification criteria re Parish residency classification (10 years resided in the village during lifetime) 10.2 Allotments – a) deferral of collection of allotment fees due in light of Covid lockdown 3 b) electric cabling connection removed at plot on Group 1 Martinwells site 10.3 Community Centre 10.4 Recreation Ground/Miners Memorial Garden 10.5 Improvement Projects & Events – prospects for an Edlington Gala in 2021 in light of Covid 19 10.6 FCC Communities Fund Grant – Community Woodland project update/progress 10.7 Update on fundraising campaign re locating a memorial in commemoration for the late Frank Arrowsmith & potential Town Council contribution 10.8 Potential community consultation leaflet re a one-way proposal to seek views of residents on St John’s Road, Wellington & Nelson 10.9 Parishioner enquiry re contact point for investigating the structural stability concerns relating to the old mine in Edlington 10.10 De-brief on meeting with DMBC Stronger Communities Team 8/2/21

Matters requested by Councillors 12.1 Prospect of how the Town Council might function under a Social Media team 12.2 Wates development - timeline for expected completion of development 12.3 Hilltop Allotment plot adjacent road on Edlington Lane 12.4 Approval for relocation of old stone seating on the community woodland site to Pit Wood site originally gifted/surplus to DMBC requirements 12.5 No 96 Roberts Road – a) located adjacent to entrance to Edlington Woods and access by quads and churning up of adjacent grass and lobbying St Leger Homes for access point to be made more of an obstacle or possibly by planting shrubs up the path or erecting a fence b) lobbying St Leger Homes re parking and destruction of the grassed area to the front of the property by people accessing the woods and cutting across the grass & request to extend the drive scheme to the 4 properties on this area of the entrance
