Housing, Local Government and Urban Well-being Minister Abdul Rahman Dahlan's questions have left DAP lawmaker Tony Pua puzzled.

However, he admits having met Sarawak Report editor Claire Rewcastle.

As for the Swiss national Xavier Andre Justo (photo), Pua said: "I have no clue who he is."

"Why is he (Abdul Rahman) asking these questions? I am happy to give the answers. My 'spirited defence' of Sarawak Report has nothing to do with whether I have met them or otherwise.

"I have met Clare, I have no clue who Justo is, but this part is irrelevant to the argument. Don't go off on a tangent," he told Malaysiakini.

Abdul Rahman had asked if Pua, a staunch critic of 1MDB, had met Rewcastle or Justo.

"Seeing his spirited defence of Sarawak Report, I'd like to ask if Pua has ever met Claire or Justo? A yes or no answer will do," the minister had tweeted.

Justo is the former employee of PetroSaudi International who was arrested in Thailand recently for allegedly attempting to blackmail his ex-employer.

The Malaysian government has claimed that Justo had tampered the leaked emails and detractors have accused the authorities of using this argument to shield 1MDB.

Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi had alleged that several Malaysians requested the Swiss national to tamper with the emails.

Sarawak Report had published a slew of reports based on the leaked emails.

'Is Jho Low linked?'

Meanwhile, Abdul Rahman (photo) also asked Pua to reconfirm if the Public Accounts Committee (PAC), of which the DAP MP is a member, would investigate the allegation that RM42 billion is missing?

"We have questions to ask, he has his BN reps (in the PAC), even if I don't ask, I am sure his reps can ask. He has no confidence in PAC, is it?" replied Pua.

Mocking Abdul Rahman, another DAP lawmaker tweeted back two questions for the Umno minister and Kota Belud MP.

"I'd also like to ask if Kota Belud (Abdul Rahman) agrees that (Malaysian tycoon) Jho Low is linked to 1MDB? Again, a simple yes or no answer will do!" said Lim Lip Eng.

"I'd like to ask Kota Belud if he agrees that 1MDB is losing lots of money? Just give us a straightforward yes or no answer!" he added.
