Annexure-Form FORM 1A Expansion of Proposed Mix Use Project “DLF My Pad” at plot no.TC/G-6 FORM-1 A Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, UP. FORM-1 A (Only for construction projects listed under item 8 of the Schedule) CHECK LIST OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS Name of the Project/s: Expansion of Proposed Mix Use Complex “DLF My Pad” at Plot no.– TC/G/6 Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar Lucknow, U.P. LAND ENVIRONMENT (Panoramic View of the Project site are attached) 1.1 Will the existing landuse get significantly altered from the project that is not consistent with the Surroundings? (Proposed landuse must conform to the approved Master Plan / Development Plan of the area. Change of landuse if any and the statutory approval from the competent authority is submitted). Attach Maps of (i) site location, (ii) Surrounding features of the proposed site (within 500 meters) and (iii) The site (indicating levels & contours) to appropriate scales. If not available attach only conceptual plans. The proposed Mix use project is located at, Plot no.TC/G-6 Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, U.P.The construction has already started as per Environment Clearance granted by SEIAA vide letter no. 770/Parya/SEAC/278/2008/AD (H), Dated 09-June-2013. It is expansion of the project complex within same plot area (for which EC was granted in 2013) due to change in project layout and drawings. The existing land use will not get altered from the project as the current land use of the project area is Mix use as per the LDA Plan 2021 and the site has been approved by Lucknow Development Authority. The proposed development will be as per the approval of the local authority and building bye-laws. It is anticipated that the construction activities of the proposed project would not have any adverse effect on the land use. The development of the green belt and other landscape would enhance the visual aesthetics of the area. Location of the proposed project is shown in Figure 1and 2. Master Plan of Lucknow Development Authority, 2021 is enclosed as Annexure-III a For Surrounding features of the proposed site (within 30 m, 500 m& 10 km) is attached as Annexure-III b, Annexure III c, Annexure III d respectively.
