Response to Request for Information [NOT PROTECTIVELY MARKED] Response to Request for Information Reference FOI 002279 Date 11 May 2018 Premises Licence Request: I would only like to know the names of venues that have a current licence. • Addresses of any outdoor venue that holds a premises licence for the purposes of selling alcohol and organising live music events. • Addresses of any indoor venue that holds a premises licence for the purpose of selling alcohol and organising live music events. In respect of your above questions, it has been established after careful consideration that the Council does not hold the above information as this is not collected as part of the application process. Consequently, we are unable to provide any information relating to the above, and are informing you as required by Section 1(1) (a) of the Act, that states: "Any person making a request for information to a public authority is entitled to be informed in writing by the public authority whether it holds information of the description specified in the request". However, I have provided you the information we do hold which is a list of all premises that have the provision for sale of alcohol and live music which I hope will be of some help.
