POSSESSION NOTICE (For immovable property) Whereas, the undersigned being the Authorised Officer of the Federal Bank Ltd. under the Securitisation &Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as Act) and in exercise of powers conferred under section 13(12) of the said Act read with rule 3ofthe Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as Rules) issued a Demand Notice dated 11.11.2019 calling upon the borrower 1. Shri N.Venkateswarlu S/o Shri Anantharamulu Neela and 2. Mrs. Vijaya Neela, W/o N.Venkateswarlu both residing at H.No.15-94/1, NBR Colony,Near Community Hall, Meerpet, , Hyderabad-500097, also at Plot No.6 Part, Sai Nilayam, Ground Floor, Shivanarayanapuram, Village, Hyderabad-500097 to repay the amount mentioned in the notice being 16,12,323/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Twenty Three Only) due under Housing Loan A/c No.19437300000208 as on 06.11.2019 and interest from 05.11.2019 along with costs within 60 days from the date of receipt of the said notice. The borrower having failed to repay the amount, notice is hereby given to the borrower and the public in general that the undersigned has taken possession of the property described herein below in exercise of powers conferred on him/her under section 13(4) of the said Act read with rule 8ofthe said Rules on this 17th day of December,2020. The borrower/s' attention is invited to the provisions of section 13(8) of the Act, in respect of time available, to redeem the secured assets (security properties). The borrower in particular and public in general is hereby cautioned not to deal with the property and any dealings with the property will be subject to the charge of the Federal Bank Ltd, Hyderabad/ Branch, for an amount 16,18,685/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Eighteen Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Five only) as on 05.12.2020 and interest and other expenses thereon. Description of the Immovable Property: All that the house on Plot No.6 Part, in Survey No.41, admeasuring 122.5 Sq.Yards, or equivalent to 102.42 Sq. Mtrs, having plinth area 592 Sq.Ft of RCC roof situated at Badangpet Village, Saroornagar Revenue Mandal, under Badangpet Nagarapanchayat, Ranga District and bounded by: North: Plot No.6 Part, South: Plot No.7, East: Plot No.3, West: 20' Wide Road.
