3 TREMALZO BIG TOUR

Da Pieve si segue la ciclabile in direzione Ampola. Raggiunto il limitare del bosco si svolta a sinistra su strada sterrata. Si raggiunge la provinciale (SP 127) e si inizia a salire verso Tremalzo. Si prosegue su strada sterrata alternando tratti di piano e leggere salite/discese fino a Baita Segala. Si raggiunge Passo Guil e si imbocca la sterrata che scende abbastanza ripida verso Leano, da dove si procede per Pré. Da Pré si segue il percorso cicloturistico fino a Molina, si raggiunge il Museo delle Palafitte del Lago di Ledro e si costeggia il lago sul lato meridionale per arrivare a Pieve. Si ritorna a Tiarno di Sopra pedalando sulla ciclabile. Von Pieve di Ledro dem Radweg Richtung Ampola folgen. Kurz vor dem See, am Rand des Waldes, links abbiegen und auf Schotterstraße hinauffahren. In die asphaltierte Straße (SP 127) einbiegen und zum Tremalzo-Pass hinauffahren. Vom Pass der Schotterstraße nach Baita Segala folgen. Flache Strecken wechseln sich mit leichten Aufstiegen/ Abstiegen ab. Von Baita Segalla nach Passo Guil auf Schotterstraße weiterfahren. Vom Pass geht es nach Leano und Pré auf einer steilen Forststraße hinunter. Dem Radweg nach Molina di Ledro folgen, das Pfahlbautenmuseum erreichen, und am südlichen Ufer des Ledrosees entlang auf asphaltierter Straße nach Pieve fahren. Dem Radweg zurück nach Tiarno di Sopra folgen. Follow the cycling path from Pieve di Ledro towards Lake Ampola. Shortly before reaching the lake, at the edge of the wood, turn left into the dirt road leading up. Turn into the asphalt road (SP 127) leading up to Tremalzo. After reaching the pass , take the dirt road towards Baita Segala. Flat stretches alternate with light ascents/descents. Continue along the dirt road to Passo Guil, where the steep descent towards Leano and Pré begins. From the village, follow the cycling path to Molina di Ledro, reach the Pile-Dwelling Museum and cycle along the southern shore of the lake towards Pieve. 5 BOCCA DEI FORTINI – TREMALZO – ENDURO CASET

Da Pieve si segue la ciclabile fino a Pur e si prosegue su strada asfaltata fino a Molina. Poco prima del Museo delle Palafitte si svolta a destra in Via Pastei e si inizia la salita. Si prosegue fino a Bocca dei Fortini su strada dapprima asfaltata e poi sterrata. Si imbocca la vecchia strada militare, tendenzialmente pianeggiante, e si raggiunge Passo Nota. Da lì si prosegue in direzione di Tremalzo alternando tratti piani e leggere salite/discese. Da Passo Tremalzo si scende su asfalto fino al Rifugio Garibaldi e si svolta a destra per prendere la forestale che porta a Bocca Caset. Al bivio si prende il sentiero di sinistra che scende ripido fino Tiarno di Sopra. Si rientra a Pieve seguendo la ciclabile. Von Pieve dem Radweg nach Pur folgen. Auf der asphaltierten Straße Molina erreichen. Kurz vor dem Pfahlbautenmuseum rechts in Via Pastei einbiegen. Nach Bocca Fortini auf Asphalt und Schotter hinauffahren. Die alte flache militärische Straße nehmen und nach Passo Nota fahren. Daher nach Tremalzo weiterfahren. Flache Strecken wechseln sich mit leichten Aufstiegen/Abstiegen ab. Vom Pass zum Rifugio Garibaldi hinunterfahren, rechts abbiegen und die Forststraße Richtung Bocca Caset nehmen. An der Abzweigung links abbiegen und auf dem steilen Pfad nach Tiarno di Sopra hinunterfahren. Dem Radweg zurück nach Pieve folgen.

Follow the cycling path from Pieve to Pur. Continue along the asphalt road to Molina. Shortly before reaching the Pile-Dwelling Museum, turn right into Via di Pastei and cycle uphill towards Bocca dei Fortini, at first on asphalt, then on dirt road. Take the old, rather flat, military road towards Passo Nota. Continue to Tremalzo alternating flat stretches and light ascents/descents. From the pass, cycle downhill to Rifugio Garibaldi, turn right and take the forestry road leading to Bocca Caset. At the fork turn left into the steep path leading down to Tiarno di Sopra. 7 TREMALZO – CASET – LAGO DI LEDRO

Da Pieve si segue la pista ciclabile in direzione Ampola. Alla fine della ciclabile, invece di proseguire per il lago, si imbocca la stradina asfaltata che sale sulla sinistra e si ricongiunge ben presto alla strada provinciale per Tremalzo (SP 127). Presso il Rifugio Garibaldi si imbocca la strada forestale per la Bocca di Caset. Al bivio si prende il sentiero di destra che scende verso i prati di Ca‘ de Mez e Sant‘Anna e prosegue poi nel bosco fino a raggiungere il Lago di Ledro a Pur. Per rientrare a Pieve si segue il percorso ciclabile lungolago. Von Pieve auf dem Radweg Richtung Ampola fahren. Am Ende des Radweges, statt weiter zum Ampolasee zu fahren, in die kleine asphaltierte Straße auf der linken Seite einbiegen, die die Straße nach Tremalzo (SP 127) bald trifft. Bei Rifugio Garibaldi die Forststraße nach Bocca Caset nehmen. An der Abzweigung den rechten Pfad nehmen, an den Wiesen von Ca‘ de Mez und Sant‘Anna vorbeifahren, und dann im Wald zum Ledrosee hinunterfahren. Von Pur dem Radweg nach Pieve folgen.

Follow the cycling path towards Ampola. At the end of the cycling path, instead of cycling further to the lake, take the little road to the left, which soon joins with the road for Tremalzo (SP 127). At Rifugio Garibaldi turn into the forestry road to Bocca Caset. 9 BOCCA DEI FORTINI – PASSO GUIL

Dal Museo delle Palafitte si svolta a sinistra su Via di Pastei e si prosegue su strada sterrata fino a Bocca dei Fortini. Da lì si prosegue in direzione Baita Segala e si raggiunge Passo Guil. Si attraversa il paesino di Leano e si scende verso Prè. Si ritorna a Molina seguendo il percorso cicloturistico. Vom Pfahlbautenmuseum links in Via di Pastei einbiegen und auf der Schotterstraße nach Bocca dei Fortini fahren. Daher Richtung Bocca dei Fortini fahren und Passo Guil erreichen. Das kleine Dorf von Leano durchqueren und nach Pré hinunterfahren. Zurück nach Molina geht es auf dem Radweg hinauf. From the Pile-Dwelling Museum, turn left into Via di Pastei and take the dirt road to Bocca dei Fortini. Proceed towards Baita Segala and reach Passo Guil. Cycle through the little village of Leano and get down to Prè. Return to Molina along the cycling path.

11 DROMAÈ

Si entra in paese e si imbocca Via Rabaglia. Si svolta a sinistra e si sale verso Locca lungo la vecchia strada asfaltata ora chiusa al traffico. In paese si imbocca Via San Marco e si prosegue lungo il percorso sterrato che sale lungo le Coste di Bariolo fino alla località Alla Valle. Si prosegue su strada forestale tutta tornanti fino a Malga Dromaè e si ritorna alla località Alla Valle dallo stesso percorso. Da lì si scende verso Mezzolago. Si segue la statale fino al Museo delle Palafitte, si imbocca Via Lungolago e si prosegue sulla strada asfaltata che costeggia il lago fino a Pur. Si segue il percorso ciclabile per ritornare a Pieve. Ins Dorf fahren und in Via Rabaglia einbiegen. Links abbiegen und auf der für den Autoverkehr gesperrten asphaltierten Straße nach Locca hinauffahren. Via San Marco nehmen und Richtung Coste di Bariolo auf der Schotterstraße weiterfahren. Die Örtlichkeit Alla Valle erreichen und auf der kurvenreichen Forststraße nach Malga Dromaè hinauffahren. Zur Örtlichkeit Alla Valle auf derselben Route zurückfahren und daher zum Dorf Mezzolago hinunterfahren. Der Hauptstraße bis zum Pfahlbautenmuseum folgen und in Via Lungolago einbiegen. Auf der asphaltierten Straße am See entlang Richtung Pur fahren. Auf dem Radweg geht es von Pur wieder nach Pieve zurück.

Enter the village and turn into Via Rabaglia. Turn left and follow the old asphalt road to Locca (which is now closed to car traffic). Take Via San Marco and proceed along the dirt track towards Coste di Bariolo and the locality Alla Valle. From there, cycle uphill to Malga Dromaè following the winding forestry road. Return to Alla Valle along the same route and cycle downhill towards the village of Mezzolago. Cycle along the main road to the Pile-Dwelling Museum, then turn into Via Lungolago and follow the asphalt road towards Pur. 13 RIFUGIO PERNICI – DOS DE PREGHEN

Da Pieve si segue la pista ciclabile in direzione di Bezzecca, presso il parco giochi si svolta a destra e si entra in paese. Si imbocca Via Lamarmora e si svolta a sinistra presso il campo sportivo. Si raggiunge Lenzumo su strade di campagna e, nei pressi della pesa pubblica, si svolta a destra per Malga Trat. Dalla malga si prende per Bocca Trat e da lì si raggiunge il Rifugio Pernici. Si ritorna alla malga sullo stesso percorso e scendendo verso valle si svolta a sinistra sulla strada forestale che porta al Doss de Preghen. A un certo punto si prende il sentiero sulla destra, che presenta dei tratti sconnessi, e ci si ricongiunge alla strada forestale che porta a Locca. Dal paese si raggiunge Pieve scendendo da Via Delio Brigà e imboccando la vecchia strada asfaltata ora chiusa al traffico. Von Pieve den Radweg Richtung Bezzecca folgen. Am Spielplatz rechts abbiegen und ins Dorf fahren, in Via Lamarmora einbiegen und am Sportplatz links abbiegen. Nach Lenzumo auf Feldwegen fahren. An der öffentlichen Waage rechts abbiegen und nach Malga Trat hinauffahren. Daher erreicht man Bocca Trat und Rifugio Pernici. Zur Alm auf der selben Route zurückkehren. Auf dem Weg hinunter, links abbiegen und die Forststraße Richtung Doss de Preghen nehmen. Rechts abbiegen und auf der Schotterstraße nach Locca hinunterfahren. In Via Delio Brigà einbiegen und auf der alten für den Autoverkehr gesperrten Straße nach Pieve hinunterfahren. Follow the cycling path towards Bezzecca. At the playground turn right, cycle through the village and turn into Via Lamarmora. After the football pitch turn left. Cycle along country lanes to Lenzumo. At the public weighing-machine turn right towards Malga Trat. Pedal to Bocca Trat and Rifugio Pernici. Get back to the malga along the same route and, on the way down, turn left onto the forestry road leading to Doss de Preghen. Take the path to the right, which soon joins the forestry road to Locca. 15 LAGO DI LEDRO E COSTE DI BARIOLO

Si entra in paese e si imbocca Via Rabaglia. Si svolta a sinistra e si sale verso Locca lungo la vecchia strada asfaltata ora chiusa al traffico. In paese si imbocca Via San Marco e si prosegue sulla strada, prima asfaltata, poi sterrata che sale lungo le Coste di Bariolo fino alla località Alla Valle, dalla quale si scende verso Mezzolago su strada sterrata. Si segue la statale fino al Museo delle Palafitte, si imbocca Via Lungolago e si prosegue sulla strada asfaltata che costeggia il lago fino a Pur. Si segue il percorso ciclabile per ritornare a Pieve.

17 BOCCA GIUMELLA – PASSO GIOVO

A Tiarno di Sotto si imbocca Via Alla Sega, si svolta a sinistra in Via San Giorgio e si prosegue fino alla chiesetta di San Giorgio. Si procede su strada sterrata fino a Bocca Giumella e Malga Cap, il punto più alto del percorso. Si attraversano i pascoli e si imbocca il sentiero nel bosco che porta fino a passo Giovo. Dal passo si scende verso Tiarno di Sotto su strada forestale piuttosto comoda.

In Tiarno di Sotto Via Alla Sega nehmen und dann links in Via San Giorgio einbiegen. Bis zum Kirchlein von San Giorgio hinauffahren. Der Forststraße nach Bocca Giumella und Malga Cap (dem höchsten Punkt der Route) folgen. Durch die Weiden fahren und den Waldweg nach Passo Giovo nehmen. Vom Pass geht es auf der Forststraße nach Tiarno di Sotto hinunter.

Take Via Alla Sega and turn left into Via San Giorgio. Cycle up to the little church of San Giorgio, just above the village. Proceed along the dirt road to Bocca Giumella and Malga Cap, the highest point of the tour. Cross the meadows and take the wood path to Passo Giovo. From the pass, return to Tiarno di Sotto following the forestry road.

19 MONTE DEI PINI

Da Tiarno di Sotto si procede per un primo momento lungo la strada per Croina, si prende poi la strada forestale sterrata sulla destra. La prima parte dell’itinerario è abbastanza impegnativa, poi la strada diventa più pianeggiante. Quando ricomincia la salita si imbocca la mulattiera sulla destra. Si scende nel bosco fino a ricongiungersi con la strada cementata che porta in paese.

Zuerst Richtung Croina hinauffahren, dann rechts in die Forststraße einbiegen. Die erste Strecke der Tour ist ziemlich anspruchsvoll, dann wird die Straße flacher. Den Saumpfad auf der rechten Seite nehmen und im Wald hinunterfahren. Nach Tiarno di Sotto auf der zementierten Straße zurückkehren.

From the village cycle towards Croina, then take the forestry road to the right. The first stretch of the tour is quite demanding, but later the road becomes flatter. Turn right into the mule track which then joins with the cement road leading downhill to the village.

21 DALLA VALLE DI LEDRO ALLA VAL DEL CHIESE

Da Tiarno di Sopra di imbocca la pista ciclabile in direzione del Lago d‘Ampola. In prossimità della segheria si svolta a destra e si prende la stradina dal lato opposto della statale. Si raggiunge Malga Stigolo e si scende verso Storo. Da Storo si prende la pista ciclabile della Valle del Chiese, si superano i paesi di Condino e Cimego e si attraversa il ponte sul Chiese. Alla rotonda si prende la seconda uscita, si svolta a sinistra e si sale poi per la stradina sulla destra. In prossimità del traliccio si prende la stradina che sale a sinistra e si prosegue fino a raggiungere il Passo di Giovo da dove si riscende verso Tiarno di Sopra.

Von Tiarno di Sopra dem Radweg Richtung Ampolasee folgen. An dem Sägewerk rechts abbiegen und die Schotterstraße auf der anderen Seite der Hauptstraße nehmen. Malga Stigolo erreichen und nach Storo hinunterfahren. In den Radweg (d.h. Pista ciclabile della Valle del Chiese) einbiegen, an den Dörfern von Condino und Cimego vorbeifahren und die Brücke über dem Chiese durchqueren. Am Rundkreisverkehr die zweite Ausfahrt nehmen, links abbiegen und dann auf der Schotterstraße rechts hinauffahren. An dem Gittermast links abbiegen und zum Passo Giovo weiterfahren, woher es hinunter nach Tiarno di Sopra geht.

Follow the cycling path towards Lake Ampola. At the sawmill turn right and take the dirt road on the opposite side of the main road. After reaching Malga Stigolo cycle downhill towards Storo. Take the cycling path (i.e. Pista ciclabile della Valle del Chiese), cycle past the villages of Condino and Cimego and cross the bridge on the river Chiese. At the roundabout take the second exit and turn left, then turn into the dirt road to the right. Turn left at the pylon, cycle uphill to Passo Giovo and then return to Tiarno di Sopra.

23 MTB TOUR 3 LAKES: GARDA, LEDRO AND AMPOLA

Da Riva del Garda si sale lungo la Strada del Ponale, vecchio collegamento tra il Lago di Ledro ed il Lago di Garda (molti coloro che, o in bici o a piedi, la percorrono quindi attenzione!) fino a raggiungere l’imbocco del tunnel. Per evitare di pedalare sulla strada statale, attraversare a sinistra il ponte per Pregasina e, subito dopo, prendere il sentiero sulla destra che, sterrato e quasi pianeggiante, raggiunge l’abitato di Prè. Entrare in paese e proseguire diritti dopo aver passato la chiesa; da qui la strada è asfaltata o cementata però in un paio di punti, presenta dei tratti abbastanza ripidi. A Molina si continua lungo il torrente Ponale e poi lungo la riva sud del Lago di Ledro passando per Pur fino a Pieve. Dal Circolo Vela il percorso diventa pista ciclabile asfaltata, con dislivello non rilevante, fino al lago d’Ampola. Von Riva del Garda nehmen Sie die Strada del Ponale (Viele Leute zu Fuß oder mit MTB, aufpassen),bis zum Anfang des Tunnels. Um die Hauptstraße zu vermeiden, nach 400 m überqueren wir die Brücke nach Pregasina und sofort danach nehmen wir rechts den Pfad bis zur Ortschaft Prè. Wir fahren weiter ins Dorf und nach der Kirche weiter links. Die Straße bis Molina hat ein Paar steile Abschnitte. In Molina geht es dem Ponale-Bach und am Südufer des Ledrosees entlang bis nach Pieve weiter. In Pieve fängt der Fahrradweg bis zum Ampolasee an. From Riva del Garda you take the Strada del Ponale trail (watch out because of many hikers and bikers) up to the beginning of the tunnel. In order to avoid cycling on the main road, we recommend crossing the bridge to Pregasina and turning right immediately into a paved trail, which leads to the village of Prè. The route continues into the village and straight on past the church. From this point on the road is almost all surfaced, and although it is quite steep in some places it provides an alternative route to Molina, avoiding the busy traffic of the main road. In Molina, we continue along the Ponale river and then along the southern shore of Lake Ledro, passing Pur, as far as Pieve. 25 VAL CONCEI

Da Pieve si segue la ciclabile fino a Bezzecca. Si prosegue verso Locca e si svolta a sinistra presso il campo sportivo. Si imboccano le vie di campagna che portano verso Enguiso e Lenzumo. A Lenzumo si imbocca il Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle. Alla biforcazione si prende il sentiero di destra che costeggia Val Sorda e lo si segue fino a ricongiungersi al Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle. Si prosegue fino al Rifugio Al Faggio. Si ritorna verso Lenzumo seguendo il Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle (senza passare dalla Val Sorda), si supera il paese, si raggiunge Enguiso e si seguono le stradine di campagna per tornare a Locca. Si rientra a Pieve seguendo il percorso dell‘andata. Von Pieve dem Radweg nach Bezzecca folgen. Richtung Locca hinauffahren und am Sportplatz links abbiegen. Auf Feldwegen weiter nach Enguiso und Lenzumo fahren. In Lenzumo den Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle (d.h. Talboden-Naturpfad) nehmen. An der Abzweigung den rechten Weg nehmen, der an dem Val Sorda entlanglauft. Auf diesem Weg weiterfahren und dann wieder in den Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle einbiegen. Rifugio Al Faggio erreichen. Zurück nach Lenzumo dem Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle folgen (ohne durch das Val Sorda zu fahren), am Dorf vorbeifahren und Enguiso erreichen. Dem Feldweg nach Locca folgen und zurück nach Pieve auf der selben Route der Hinfahrt fahren. Follow the cycling path from Pieve to Bezzecca. Continue towards Locca and turn left after the football pitch. Cycle towards Enguiso and Lenzumo on country lanes. In Lenzumo take the Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle (i.e. Valley floor naturalistic path). At the fork take the right path which runs through the Val Sorda and then rejoins the Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle. Continue to Rifugio Al Faggio. Go back to Lenzumo along the Sentiero naturalistico di fondovalle (cutting out the Val Sorda), cycle through village, reach Enguiso and follow the country lanes back to Locca.
