NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION – 01 (2018-19)

The Executive Engineer BSNL Civil Division No. II, IIIrd floor, Meghdoot park T.E. Building,, Indore,-452010 invites on behalf of BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM Limited (A Government of India Enterprises), Sealed quotations for the work of “Conducting fair valuation of BSNL land parcels of District as on 01.04.2015 in accordance with new Indian Accounting Standards ( Ind-AS) under Project Vasundhara (Phase-II)” from registered Valuers empanelled with Central/State Governments/ PSU/Autonomous bodies/Banks etc and having registration as valuer U/S 34 AB of the wealth tax Act -1957 for immovable property from Income Tax department, GSTIN registration and PAN.

Interested bidders can download the quotation papers from website www.mp.bsnl.co.in or can obtain from the O/o The Executive Engineer(C), B.S.N.L. Civil Division No. II, Third Floor ,Meghdoot Park Telephone Exchange Building Indore -452010 up to 14.00 hrs 18/06/2018. Sealed quotations will be received in this office up to 15.00 hrs on 18/06/2018 and will be opened on the same day at 15.30 hrs. The undersigned has got the rights to accept or reject the lowest quotations as a whole without assigning any reason. The details of land parcels is mentioned in Annexure-I.

Name of Work :-Conducting fair valuation of BSNL land parcels of as on 01.04.2015 in accordance with new Indian Accounting Standards ( Ind-AS)” under Project Vasundhara (Phase-II)

Quotations received late will be summarily rejected.

The quotation shall be submitted in three envelop system as below: Envelope 1: Containing envelop 2 and envelop 3 Envelop 2: Containing proof of their registration and empanelment as valuer, GSTIN registration and PAN. Envelop 3: Containg price bid ( Annexure-II)

Time Schedule- The time schedule for Submission of valuation report (Two copies along with soft copy in CD) is fixed as 7 days from the date of award. The Firms shall strictly adhere to the time frame.

Conditions:-

1. The rates are net and inclusive of all taxes including the GST. The valuer shall be solely responsible for timely payment of GST to the GST tax authority and B.S.N.L. shall have no liability of any penalty/interest for late submission etc. of such taxes. 2. Fair valuation shall correspond to 01.04.2015. 3. The Bidder is advised to visit and inspect the site and its surroundings and obtain for himself on his own responsibility all information that may be necessary for preparing the valuation and for the execution of the assignment. The costs of visiting the site shall be borne by the Bidder. Permission, if required, to visit the site will be given during the applicable period on request. 4. The bidder/s shall indicate the total charges/fees to be paid by BSNL for this services/ assignment in the Annexure-II 5. a) Income tax, Professional tax, any other tax as per Statutory Provisions of Govt. of India and State Govt. shall be deducted by the BSNL from the bill. A certificate in this regard shall be furnished by the BSNL. b) GST has to be indicated in the bill separately with Total amount giving the GSTIN registration No. and other particulars. 6) No counter conditions should be included in bid. Conditional bid will be summarily rejected. 7) The Valuers shall treat all the documents and information received from BSNL, submitted to BSNL and all other related documents/communications in confidence and shall ensure that all who have access to such material shall also treat them in confidence. The Valuers shall not divulge any such information without the prior written permission of BSNL authorities. The Valuers shall return all the documents received from BSNL from time to time after completion of the related works. 8) The scope of work can be curtailed without any liability of BSNL.

1) Providing services and submission of report for fair valuation of land assets of BSNL in accordance with new Indian Accounting Standards ( Ind-AS) under project Vasundhara (Phase-II) as mentioned in Annexure-I, located in the Dewas,District.
