Using high-quality, professional, and consistent images and messages projects an image of a cohesive, highly effective CareConnect team that inspires confidence among leadership and eventual CareConnect users. Here are some guidelines for how to use graphic images to effectively maintain the CareConnect “brand” or identity.
Fonts and colors CareConnect uses two font families:
• Arial/Arial Narrow – Used typically for headings, headlines, tables, figures, and drawings. • Cambria – Used typically for large sections of type to read and text on PowerPoint presentations. CareConnect uses two colors in addition to black and white:
• UCLA Blue – This color is created electronically with the following values: R=83; G=104; B=149. • UCLA Gold – This color is created electronically with the following values: R=254; G=187; B=54. • Secondary Color Palette – Use these colors for charts and graphs: http://identity.uclahealth.org/body.cfm?id=76.
Logos

Email signature
Specifications: Arial 11 pt., black type. Name in bold. “Care” of CareConnect in bold/UCLA blue (R=83; G=104; B=149). “UCLA’s Electronic Health Record Program” in italics. No photos, no images, no variations. ALWAYS include the link to the website.
