Placekicker Ed O'Brien found himself the focus of many jubilant team mates and a record crowd of 21,222 in Orlando Stadium after booting a 55-yard field goal to give the Knights the victory. After leading most of the game, head coach Gene McDowell and his team found themselves with a one point deficit and only 49 seconds remaining one the clock. Many ·of the fans ·had already given up hope but McDowell and his troops knew that vic tory was still within their grasp.
