Suspects stole several items and left scene. Suspects are observed coming back at approx. 12:18am and stealing more items.

Home Invasion:

Suspect Officers were dispatched to the 23000 Block of Lahser 2:22pm (Residential- Condo’s) attempted to kick Rd. (Condo’s) on a report of a Home Invasion in the front door progress. The r/p stated that a black male with no shirt open. kicked in the door and fled on foot. R/P advised that the black male with no shirt was accompanied by another male. Upon arrival, officers discovered damage to the front door and a perimeter was set up for a K-9 unit. A K-9 track was initiated with negative results. The suspects did not make entry into the residence. R/P stated the heavy male kicked the door while the thin male acted as a look out. Once the door was kicked, R/P screamed and the males took off on foot in an unknown direction.

08/28/2018 22000 Civic Center Dr. Attempted entry Victim states sometime between 1:00pm- 9:30pm 10:05pm (Residential- Apartments) through attic someone attempted entry into her apartment through access door. the attic access door which is above the wash room. The door was pushed in but was still attached to the ceiling, no tool marks were visible. Status From: 08/27/2018 29000 Chelmsford Rd. S – Stolen Officers were dispatched to a Home Invasion of a 6:00pm A/C Unit, Furnace, vacant (For Sale) house. The incident occurred To: 08/28/2018 Hot Water Heater between 6:00pm on 8/27/2018, and 3:00pm on 3:00pm 8/28/2018. Entry was gained into the home by breaking open the lock box to get the house key. The AC Unit, Furnace & Hot Water Heater were taken. 08/29/2018 15000 W Nine Mile Spare key was taken from Victim stated that an employee of the restaurant 3:00pm (Commercial- Restaurant) victims 2007 Cadillac. informed him that someone was inside of his 2007 Cadillac. The victim entered the parking lot and confronted the suspect. 08/29/2018 23000 Greenfield Rd. Handgun and cell phone Officers were dispatched to the 23000 Block of 6:28pm (Shopping Plaza) were taken from victims Greenfield Rd. on a report of an LFA in progress 2016 Dodge Journey. in the parking lot. The r/p stated that a subject entered her vehicle through a partially open window and fled the location on foot. The r/p stated a handgun and a cellphone were taken from inside the vehicle. Officers responded to the area and observed the suspect walking in the median on Providence Drive. The suspect fled on foot and was apprehended by Officers on Greenfield Road. A cellphone and a handgun magazine were recovered. The handgun is still missing.

08/30/2018 23000 Greenfield Rd. -Crackers was taken and Security for grocery store stated the he was 9:28am (Commercial- Grocery) recovered. working the front door when he observed two -One bag of unknown individuals with unpaid merchandise. He said he groceries was taken. stopped the suspects and they could not provide proof of payment. The W/F handed the crackers she had taken over to him but the W/M refused to hand the bag of various merchandise to him and left the store. Security followed them outside and observed them get into a White Chevrolet Malibu driven by a B/M and head S/B on Greenfield Rd. The suspects were not located at this time.

Status 08/27/2018 28000 Telegraph Rd. S - Stolen Victim states he had his vehicle serviced at the 12:24pm (Car Dealership) Manufacturer Dealership in the 28000 Block of Telegraph Rd. Handgun on August 22,2018 around 11:25am. He then picked up his vehicle the next day. He took his vehicle back on August 25, 2018 to get additional service and retrieved his vehicle the next day. Victim didn’t check to see if the gun was under the seat from the time it was serviced the first time to the time he took it in again a few days later for an oil change. It is unknown on when it went missing.

08/27/2018 25000 Greenfield Canned goods, Tablet, Victim states she parked her vehicle in the 3:50pm (Residential- Apartments) Pop, child toys, car Apartment Complex in the 25000 Block of insurance & registration Greenfield Rd. around 4:00pm on were taken from victims 08/20/2018. She returned to her vehicle on 1996 Buick SW. 08/21/2018 around 4:30pm and found that the back hatch was open and items were missing from her vehicle.

From: 08/27/2018 23000 Kristy Ln. Handgun, Dell Laptop, Victim stated his vehicle was parked in his 9:00pm Beats headphones driveway in the 23000 Block of Kristy Ln. To: 08/28/2018 Set of keys for two other Victim stated between 9:00pm and the following 9:30am vehicles were taken from morning at 9:30pm someone entered his vehicle victims 2014 Cadillac by unknown means and took several items Escalade. including a firearm that was left in the vehicle.

Status 08/28/2018 19000 Coral Gables St. S – Stolen License Plate Victim states she was with her friend and 10:20pm Note: another person she didn’t know. Purse contained a and forgot her purse. After walking over to her pink wallet, ID, Cash and a car, she noticed her license plate was missing cash app credit card. from her 2015 Jeep Patriot. When victim realized she forgot her purse the vehicle was already leaving. She followed vehicle into Detroit and called 911 but her battery on her phone died. From: 08/28/2018 22000 Civic Center Dr. Cash and a Bank Victim states two days ago he placed an 12:00pm ( Residential - Apartments) Statement were taken. undisclosed amount of cash along with a Bank To: 08/30/2018 Statement into an envelope. Today when he 8:00pm checked the envelope the money and the statement were gone. There was no forced entry observed on the apartment. Victim believes employees from the apartment complex may be responsible for taking the money due to the fact they have a master key to all apartments.

09/01/2018 27000 Northwestern Smock containing Victim advised she stayed at Hotel in the 27000 12:29am (Hotel) undisclosed amount of Block of Northwestern Hwy. from 08/31/2018- cash in the pocket. 09/01/2018. Victim stated she checked out at approx. 11:00am today and at approx. 12:00pm same day she realized she left her smock with cash in the pocket hanging in her hotel room. Victim called the hotel and advised them. When she got to the hotel they had the smock but the cash was missing from the pocket. Cleaning persons deny taking the money??

To: 09/02/2018 purse. Victim left her purse on a table near the wall 11:40am during the party. Victim later discovered that someone had gone through her purse and took her social security card.

09/02/2018 22000 W Twelve Mile Attempt LFA of Catalytic Victim states she started her car and it was real 4:17pm (Residential- Apartments) Converter from 2011 Ford loud. Further inspection revealed that someone Fusion. may have attempted to take her catalytic converter. Incident occurred sometime between 7:00pm and the following day at 3:00pm.

(Gas Station) A&B= Assault & Battery Victim stated the B/M suspect entered the store and CSC= Criminal Sexual Conduct purchased a pack of cigars and left. The b/m suspect re- CCW/CPL= Carrying Concealed Weapon entered the store approx. 5 minutes later and said he NOLOP= No Operator License on Person was unhappy with the cigars and wanted to return R/A= Robbery Armed them. Suspect Descriptions: Suspect#1 Male Suspect: Medium complexion, 5'8, thin built, medium afro, goatee and chin strap OWI/ R&O/ A&B Police Officer- 1- Arrest , white t-shirt, red gym shorts, blue flip flops. 08/30/2018 02:26 Suspect#2 8 Mile Rd. & Lahser Rd. Female Suspect: Dark complexion, 5'7, heavy built, hair Officer stopped a vehicle and initiated an OWI investigation. The in a , black t-shirt with possible Bob Marley female driver was uncooperative and became combative. The image, black shorts. suspect was taken into custody and a search warrant for a sample of her blood was obtained.
