Board meetings are open to all homeowners. Please check the agenda and come early to sign up if you wish to speak at the Open Members Forum. Your input is valued. Agendas are posted four days prior to Board meetings. Tree Trimming: The Board approved a bid for Douglas Landscape to trim the trees in the Colony in the coming weeks. This year in addition to the regular trimming along The Mall and in Colony Park they will trim the California Sycamores both along South Mall and in the North Walkway area. New Architectural Review Form: The BOD approved a new short form to submit to the Architectural Committee when planning, changing and updating your home. More details in the Architectural Committee report on page 4. Accell CEO Passing: It is with deep sorrow and regret that we learned of the untimely passing of Steve Feistel, Accell Property Management's President and owner. We have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with his company and send our condolences to his family. Steve is survived by his wife Sandra Feistel, the CEO, owner and founder of Accell Property Management, Inc.. She plans to continue working on the vision and purpose they have for the company.
