Hannah is a screenwriter and playwright. She is a graduate of the MA in Creative Writing at City University and is currently working on original ideas for TV Drama and Children’s Television. She has written for the Monkeywood Theatre in Manchester and her play ‘Happy Never After’ was performed at the the Pleasance Theatre in Edinburgh and also had a run at the Pleasance Theatre London. She was selected for New Voices TS Eliot US/UK Exchange. She has also taken part in the Young Writer’s Courses at the Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester, Paines Plough and . Hannah is currently Head of Development for live action drama at the Disney Channel.

Work Television/Theatre Writing Credits

'The Blonde Club' & 'Spirited' Hannah is currently working on two original drama series ideas, (2016-2017) ‘The Blonde Club’ a 6 x 60 min series and ‘Spirited’, a pilot for a 13 x 30 minute children’s series.

Night Swimming (2015) CBBC Commissioned to write pilot for new CBBC Drama series.

Uprising (2015) Monkeywood Theatre Hannah was selected for the Uprising scheme run by Monkeywood Theatre in Manchester. During the placement Hannah wrote a draft of her new play ‘The Lock-in’ which received a rehearsed reading at The Lowry in June 2015.

Happy Never After (2013) Edinburgh Festival Full Length Play. A newly married young couple are forced to face up to life changing events. performed at the Edinburgh Festival, Pleasance Courtyard, Director: Luke Sheppard.
