We wish to advise everyone that Blue Bird Vacation Care bookings are now open. Our Vacation Care Facility is located at the Baptist Community Church.

Please find attached the program of events for these holidays, including an excursion consent form to be completed, as required, upon booking. Please also be aware of all incursions and associated costs through the holidays.

Please complete an updated enrolment form if your child’s enrolment form is more than 12 months old.

If you wish to book your child/ren into Vacation Care for this period, please complete the attached form and return to the office ASAP to allow for staff rostering and finalisation of excursions.

An Excursion Risk Assessment has been completed prior to the above excursion/s being undertaken, and is available from the office upon request. I am aware that all cost for excursions will be for parents to pay and all cost involved will be added to my account (please do not hand money to staff) In the case of an emergency, I give permission for Blue Bird OSHC and Vacation Care Staff to contact an ambulance if required and I, ______will recover all costs.
